Yes, plans are moving forward for our May trip to Haiti! I am very excited for this trip. I’ll have to admit, I was a little discouraged because we only have a small group this time - just 4 of us. But a few weeks ago, when I was pleading in prayer, asking God to tell me whether or not we should continue with this trip, He was amazing!! God answered me so clearly and overwhelmed me with His abounding love and confidence in me that I just have to follow His leading me. (My prayer partners know the story!) So, we may be a small group, but we have a purpose and God has prepared the way for us already! We still have room if anyone wants to jump in – just have to check flight availability.
I am in the process of developing our schedule while we are there and will keep you all posted. Also, while in Haiti, I will be looking at property (just looking) for the site of our dream mission house (who knows when that will come to fruition – but I can’t hurt to look!), and also planning our next project for September of this year. And yes, Jeff will be able to join us for that trip!!!!
Also, look for information of when we will be on the radio again!!! Strong Tower Radio in Cadillac, has requested another interview!!! George Corliss and Jilane Fenner are wonderful people who have developed this radio outreach that has blessed so many people! Check it out at 91.9 FM.
